* Trevor Fetter’s Tenet Healthcare may be struggling, but its stock price turned up and the patient has stopped hemorrhaging.

* It’s 2008; at least the Nigerian bank-scam artists are entertaining, MN1.com. Your penny-stock scams, not so much.

* Dallas-based luxury retailer Neiman Marcus bucked retail trends, reporting year-over-year earnings and revenue increases. For some demographics, consumer confidence is always high.
