The last time we tried to “drop and do 20,” it didn’t work out so well. Luckily, Bootcamp XTREME, created by instructor Jovone Kordoban, is a more energizing way to get in shape. Kordoban directs her “army” through 30 minutes of intense, high-powered cardio (running and sprinting on treadmills plus spin bikes, boxing, jumping rope, and short speed drills), followed by 30 minutes of strength training.
