Run4Hope Festival and 5K

In 2016, five-year-old Harper Elle Howard passed away from a very rare, life-threatening genetic disorder called CDKL5 epilepsy, but her legacy lives in thanks to her family’s Hope4Harper organization. This Saturday, you can help support research and awareness for CDKL5 and epilepsy research at the Run4Hope Festival and 5K in Carrolton. Read about Harper’s incredible story, and enjoy some family-friendly outdoor fun for a cause.

One Love Dallas

The charity yoga-thon (much more active than a phonathon) returns for its seventh year this Saturday. The event unites bringing ten talented teachers from Vital, Uptown Yoga, Equinox, WeYogis and more to AT&T Performing Arts Center for 108 rounds of sun salutations set to a live DJ. Proceeds will benefit several local charities that support underserved children, including Jonathan’s Place, Nabadisha Project, and Hanuman Homies.
