Was dreaming about Black Forrest cake last night so I made Black Forest Chocolate 🍫 Pancakes 🥞 for breakfast this morning. You guys, these were so perfect after my morning run 🏃‍♀️ and did not feel heavy at all. They are also hubby approved even though he is not crazy about cherries 🍒🤷🏻‍♀️ dEATs: @kodiakcakes dark chocolate protein pancakes/waffle mix, @beekeepers_naturals cacao honey drizzle 🤤🤤🤤, a dollop of ricotta, ripe cherries 🍒 and more 85% dark chocolate (I buy mine at @traderjoes) shavings. * We just finished lunch and I’m in a mild food coma so going to watch little bit of Netflix and then headed to the pool 🏊‍♀️ The weather here is so hot, 107 degrees, so nothing much we can do outdoors and can’t be bothered to go to the mall as everyone else will be there lol. Today was 105F (41C) and it’s only supposed to get warmer this week. You’d think we’d turn to ice cream, the pool or to just accepting our fate and melting. It turns out, all @yoitsjaselle and I need to beat the heat are a couple soufflés and a whole lotta water! 🔥

📍The Circus from @lumisnowcompany in North Richland Hills . They have their signature "snow" (which is like a mix between shaved ice and ice cream) and they also have edible cookie dough at this location. The Circus (pictured above) comes with strawberry snow, cotton candy, popcorn, froot loops, frosted animal crackers and strawberry drizzle.

Guys, I think I can retire now and eat these for the rest of my life 🍓🍓🍓. Macadamia-Walnut-Turmeric bread with coconut oil (or butter) and strawberries. Sprinkle with ground macadamia nuts. This is the best breakfast / snack I had in years, the combination of flavors is just perfect. Please try and let me know. 😋 I followed the walnut bread recipe from The Plant Paradox Cookbook but this time, instead of hazelnut I used ground Macadamia nuts and I added loads of Turmeric Tonic from @furtherfood. I just want to pinch myself to see if I’m dreaming, that’s how good it is. 😍 Please try and let me know. I bet kids would love this as breakfast ☀️. Oh, and my yoga practice today was so good, I was in total surprise to see how open and flexible my body was (a sign of no inflammation). Finally made it to @crisandjohnvs 😭😭🙌🏻🙌🏻!!!
