I can still taste the food Jeff Harris turned out when he was at Craft Dallas. Remember those days? It was only six years ago, but it feels like decades.
Harris dazzled us again when he headed up the kitchen at Bolsa, Bolsa Mercado, and AF+B, a Headington Company restaurant. This morning it was announced Harris was rejoining the Headington Company by becoming the executive chef at Victor Tangos.

With Harris at the helm, we will continue to serve fan favorites, tailored with his fresh approach, and some new things that are sure to become cult classics.”
Harris plans to incorporate new dishes over time. Expect to see roasted beets with avocado purée, grapefruit, parsley, mint, and charred tortilla. Also expect new and improved cocktails, if that is possible, from bar manager Andrew Stofko.
