NorthPoint Development has acquired 1.15 acres of land in the Castle Hills community at State Highway 121 in Frisco. Bryan Cornelius with Venture Commercial represented the buyer, NorthPoint Development, in the transaction. Tim McNutt and Britton Lankford of Bright Realty represented the seller, Bright Realty.
The land will be developed for a two-tenant retail center that will house a Potbelly Sandwich Shop and a Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina Mexican restaurant.
