Navarre Corporation has leased 23,000 feet of office space at 1303 Arapaho Road in Richardson. Bill McClung and Robbie Baty of Cushman and Wakefield of Texas represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Bob Buell and Louie Weber of Fults Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.
