KP Argon LLC has purchased a 12,396-square-foot industrial building at 3811 Halifax St. in Dallas. Brian Gilchrist and John Brewer with CBRE represented the buyer in the transaction. Jeremy Mercer and Brent Landfried with Mercer Company represented the seller.
