Forest Park Pavilion Sells for $27 Million

Arizona-based Healthcare Trusts of America has purchased Forest Park Pavilion, a 70,000-square-foot medical office building, from the Neal Richards Group and SRP Medical Investments. The sales price was $27 million.

Arizona-based Healthcare Trusts of America has purchased Forest Park Pavilion, a 70,000-square-foot medical office building, from the Neal Richards Group and SRP Medical Investments. The sales price was $27 million.

The property is one of five buildings that make up the Forest Park Medical Center Dallas campus, which was built in 2010. Located on North Central Expressway, in includes  two medical office buildings, a general acute care hospital containing 84 inpatient beds, 22 ORs, and a parking garage.

Neal Richards Group and SRP are currently working with an undisclosed buyer for the remaining buildings at the site.
