Arcadia has leased 3,420-square-feet of office space in Parkside Tower at 3500 Maple Ave in Dallas. Arcadia was represented by Clayton Thomas of Thomas Holland. Trey Smith, Johnny Johnson and Layne Mayfield with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Champion Partners.
