JTL Capital has sold 30 acres of land at the southeast quadrant of State Highway 121 and Cookie Lane to residential developer Centurion American, who was self-represented in the transaction. In a separate transaction, JTL sold approximately four acres on the northeast corner of Parker Road and Old Denton Road to Parker Denton Crossing, LP, who was self-represented in the transaction. Ken Reimer, David Davidson, Jr., and Edward Bogel of Venture’s Land Division represented JTL Capital in both transactions.
