Lease: Accumen Enterprises Inc.

Acumen Enterprises Inc. has renewed its lease for 9,700 square feet of industrial space in Falcon Centre at 1701 Falcon Drive in DeSoto.

Brian Pafford and Michael W. Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Owen Bros. Enterprises, in the direct deal.
