Post 1 of 3: Okay, was able to try out @snoozeameatery in Addison, TX making their grand opening on June 6th! Loved the food and the gorgeous drinks! What a great event held for the community and a solid addition to the city of Addison #sp . . . Checkout these drinks – a hot chocolate, spicy bloody mary, snooze fashioned = old fashioned with coffee, and a goin' green bloody. That goin' green has got to be an acquired taste… The base tastes like my kale, spinach, and orange drink I make with my juicer… 😮

Haven’t had just toast in what feels like a little bit. Put together this tasty creation using my very last piece of @erewhonmarket paleo bread 😭(which I’ll be getting SO much more of because I’m heading to LA this weekend😀) topped with @foragerproject unsweetened cashew yogurt, @wedderspoonofficial manuka honey and @salbachia seeds on 🔝oh plus some gorgeous edible flowers 💐because why not combine my love for food and my love for flowers 🤷🏼‍♀️. Vitamin D is produced in our bodies by sunlight influencing 7-dehydrocholesterol (a compound the body can create from consuming cholesterol-rich foods). This compound serves to control calcium absorption. This is another reason why having #goodfats in your diet is so crucial.
