Mrs. James B. Francis is the wife of an attorney and investor. Carla Francis has served or is serving on the executive committee of the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts, Dallas Civic Opera, Junior League, Crystal Charity Ball, Metropolitan Opera Southern Hospitality Board, and Museum of Natural History. She is currently on the advisory board of the Dallas Society for Crippled Children, UT at Dallas, University of Dallas and TACA.
