The Fashionistas always sponsor beautiful events, and I’m sure this weekend’s fashion show will be no different. Local designer Prashi Shah and her collections “Prashe” and “Society Language by Prashe” will be sent down the runway this weekend at the Dallas Contemporary. Prepare to see lots of bright colors (which will be a refreshing after this current drab and dreary weather). Her Indian-inspired pieces are often one-of-a-kind, too, made from vintage saris. Doors open at 7:30 pm. Buy your tickets here. General admission is $50.
