Rita and Sara Vazquez, owners of Cuban Dulcería International Bakery, told us in September they had plans to open a second location of their all-things-Cuban spot. The daughters of original owners Rene and Dalia Vazquez who opened the tiny bakery in 1979, are riding the new wave of the Cuban-food craze. The new location in downtown Carrollton is to be a “Cuban fast kitchen” which will feature sweet and savory pastries and sandwiches.
