Bird Bakery, a San Antonio-based bakery, breakfast, and lunch spot, is slated to open a second location in Highland Park Village in the spring of 2016. The proprietors are Elizabeth Chambers and her husband Armie Hammer. (You may recognize the duo from their long list of acting accolades and hosting gigs.) Elizabeth, an entrepreneur, journalist, chief correspondent to the Human Right’s Foundation, and co-owner of Bird Bakery, sat down with Ryan Conner of D Weddings to talk about the bakery’s expansion.
