Brisket sandwiches and frozen margaritas, anybody?

I stopped by the new Off-Site Kitchen location yesterday afternoon with my camera in hand. Owner, Nick Badovinus, and his team were rushing around the space, making last minute adjustments to the decor, and perfecting recipes in the kitchen. The casual burger joint uprooted from its Irving Boulevard location a couple of weeks ago, and the new Trinity Groves location opens today for lunch.

They’re now using the old space as a commissary for butchering and dry-aging meat for Neighborhood Services and Town Hearth.

Click the gallery below to take an exclusive peek inside.

Off-Site Kitchen is located at 331 Singleton Blvd., Suite 100.
