By now you surely know all about Justin and Diane Fourton’s luscious, award-winning barbecue. But did you know that you can wash down their brisket with a glass of wine? It’s one of several adjustments that Pecan Lodge has made since moving from Shed 2 at the Dallas Farmers Market, to a storefront on Main Street in Deep Ellum. Pecan Lodge is teaming up with Wine Poste, for a Bordeaux and brisket pairing on Thursday, October 30. For $30 guests will receive a half pound of brisket, side of mac ‘n cheese and four samples of Bordeaux blends. The event runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and tickets can be purchased here.
