UPDATE, 8:06 p.m.: Looks like the President’s speech tonight about the tragedy in Tucson is running longer than first expected. The new Chase will premiere next week, Jan. 19.
Our long national nightmare is (UPDATE: almost) over. After more than a month off the air, Chase returns with a new episode in its new weekly time slot (8 p.m. Wednesdays). And it’s the Dallas-produced series’ first two-parter, no less.
How it fares against its new competition (which starting next week includes a little show called American Idol) will likely determine whether U.S. Marshal Annie Frost (Kelli Giddish) and her crack team of fugitive chasers get a second season. After initially ordering a full 22-episode run, NBC has cut the order down to merely 18.
Come back to FrontRow each Thursday morning for a recap of the previous night’s episode, wherein I attempt to identify the Dallas area locations at which scenes were shot. Catch up on what you’ve missed here.
