Tonight at 7 in the T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building auditorium, at UT Southwestern, a bunch of local doctors are holding a town hall of sorts to gripe about the Texas Board of Medical Examiners. At issue: some docs feel the TBME has been handing out too many fines for piddly administrative mistakes, like not copying patient records on blue paper (who knew?). I’m thinking about dropping in on the meeting, just so I can get my leg examined.
