RE: Como Se Dice “Wal-Mart?”

|

A grocery-shopping FBvian who knows a thing or two about a thing or two chimes in:

Well, if anyone crinkles their nose at Fiesta, they either:

1) Do not know how nor choose to cook multi-culturally.  There are outstanding Asian and Latin ingredients, spices, etc. there for pennies that require layaway elsewhere.
2) Prefer to pay a fortune, for instance, for boneless skinless chicken breasts that sell elsewhere at 7 or 8.99 that are many times 2.99 @ Fiesta and fresh as hell because they sell like pechuga de pollo Milanesa..
3) Are hocking their family jewels to shop at the seen and be seen obscenely pricey Central Market.

Agreed. I still stand by that joke though.
