A look at the area's largest brokerages, ranked by number of local brokers.
|

Editor’s note: View our 2018 list here.

Our 2014 study involved 62 firms with a total of 1,464 North Texas brokers (defined as licensed professionals who produce revenue for their firms). There were a couple of flip-flops at the top of the rankings this year, with CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle switching places, and Transwestern and Cushman & Wakefield doing the same. JLL was boosted by a number of acquisitions and new hires in 2013, many in the retail and multifamily realms. Ranking among the top 25 for the first time are EDGE Realty Partners and The Woodmont Co. Also new to the list is Avison Young, launched in September 2013 by the former leaders of Cresa-Dallas.
