The collection of designer gifts tanked. New York Magazine says it’s because some prices were still too steep. Time reports the collection was “out of touch.” Either way, there’s a silver lining. If you do happen to like the goods–I mentioned the Derek Lam skateboard in October–what’s left is discounted. Big time. For example, my beloved board is now $30 (down from $100).
