Salmon BLT at The Second Floor
Proprietors Scott and Gina Gottlich have received local and national raves for their other restaurant, Bijoux. At the Second Floor in the Westin Galleria Hotel, all sandwiches are super upscale, but our favorite is the BLT made with a slab of smoky house-cured salmon, watercress, and Nueske’s applewood-smoked bacon from Wisconsin.
