Before attending law school, Bill Munck graduated from Hofstra University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science. His strong technology background has served him well as a leading intellectual property litigator in the hardware, software, energy, defense, and healthcare industries. Over the past 20 years, the native New Yorker has built his boutique firm into a 65-attorney powerhouse that is regarded as one of the strongest IP legal teams in North Texas. Last year, the firm made history when its client, Raytheon, was issued patent number 10,000,000 by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Munck Wilson Mandala has satellite offices in Austin, Los Angeles, and Marshall in East Texas, but it is from his Dallas office—off 75 and Coit Road—where Munck holds court.
