Coco & Dash, a go-to home décor destination for discerning Dallasites, just launched a line of fully customizable bedding.

The Henderson Avenue mainstay was founded by mother-daughter pair Teddie and Courtney Garrigan, who describe their design ethos as “naturally exuberant.” The shop is known for its eclectic blend of classic, Southern, and globally sourced pieces in a kaleidoscope of colors and patterns.

On an average visit, you might encounter an ornate antique armchair, a just-fluffed Chinoiserie pillow, a quirkily shaped chandelier, or a set of vintage dinnerware. Now, you’ll also find luxurious linens.

Teddie and Courtney have been fielding customer requests for bedding for years, but the pair didn’t want to launch a bedding collection until they’d developed one that perfectly aligned with their brand. “Our customers inspire everything we do,” they explain. “While they want beautiful homes, they also want comforting and healing environments for their families—especially these days.”

The duo spent over a year researching small bedding makers across the world. “We wanted to know the origin, the sourcing, and where the bedding was fabricated,” they explain.

Finally, earlier this year, the Coco & Dash custom bedding line made its debut. The collection includes “everything you can imagine for a beautiful and well-appointed top-of-bed,” the brand tells us: standard and European shams, pillowcases, boudoir pillows, bolsters, quilts, duvet covers, coverlets, bed skirts, and custom box spring covers.

Each piece is crafted from Egyptian cotton, Italian cotton, or French organic flax linen, all of which are sustainably sourced. Should a customer opt for cotton, they can choose a percale or a sateen finish. The two differ in the way they’re woven: percale is crisp and light and ideal for hot sleepers, while sateen is silky and offers more of a drape, perfect for those who like cozy and warm bedding. Meanwhile, linen sheets are known for their durability. They’ll soften over time and get better with use, and they’re breathable and able to wick away moisture.

Coco & Dash’s made-to-order bedding is available in a curated range of colors, monograms, European reversible patterns, and embroidered and appliqued designs. Shoppers can head to the Henderson Avenue storefront to get the Coco & Dash team’s opinion on which mix of products will match their room’s aesthetic.

“We believe that creating a beautiful bedroom includes incorporating the finest bedding you can afford,” the Coco & Dash team says. “Your bed is where you begin and end each day—it should be healthy and restorative as well as pretty.”

Prices vary depending on the chosen style. A made-to-order set of king-size sheets and pillowcases will run from $400 to $1,500, while shams, coverlets, and other pieces are priced individually.
