It’s always a treat when Christine Allison, president of D Magazine Partners, opens up her home for a party. And she did so recently for the exclusive quarterly event for D Home‘s Premium Partners. Home and design experts, builders, designers, and artists gathered to mix and mingle while enjoying bites from Breadwinners, sips from Layer Cake, and a panel of public relations professionals on-hand to educate and answer questions. Local experts John Shore, Brynn Bagot Allday, and Suzanne Droese were kind enough to channel their PR prowess and share tips about how to up the digital game (hello, Twitter), make meaningful press contacts (always come through with a promise), and fine-tune the pitch (read, read, read).
