July in Dallas is the perfect time to work on sculpting that bod, and this year is no exception. From the many free yoga classes, to the inspired November Project, there’s a generous amount of workouts to choose from this month. Throw those excuses out the door, put on your sneaks, and head out on a (free) fitness adventure.

OV x Booty Boot Camp | July 14

Outdoor Voices has an in-shop workout that will have you (literally) sweating your butt off. Put your back into it from 5:30-6:30pm and prepare to feel the burn in all the best ways. Once the sweat session is complete, indulge in some OV products and get $20 off.

November Project Dallas Workouts | July 19

The hardest part about working out is showing up, but luckily, November Project Dallas makes it easy. Join this “Free Fitness Tribe” at the Winspear Opera House for a variety of workouts every Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. All you gotta do is show up, workout, and leave with some November Project Dallas grassroots gear.

Athleta Girl Summer Camp Series – Camp Gladiator | July 20

Head over to Southlake for a morning full of female empowerment and girly gains led by Athleta ambassador, Shannon Wright. Bring your mat, water, and a friend and get ready for a fun and sweaty workout.

HARWOOD Health: Yoga in the Gardens | July 22

Flow into a wonderful weekend with a vinyasa yoga practice with multi-talented instructor Colby Ranae Hanks. All you’ll need is a water bottle, a mat, and 60 minutes in the gardens between Saint Ann Restaurant and Bar and the Mercat Bistro. This is the fresh breath of air you’ve been looking for.

OV x W Hotel x GRIT x Bumble | July 22

Get ready to sweat with GRIT fitness at the W hotel pool for the perfect summer-time workout. Arrive early or stay after the workout to shop trendy athletic clothes to wear to your next sweat session.

Sunset Yoga at Lake Arlington | July 23

Take an evening for yourself and unwind at a destination-based, all-levels yoga class with the Arlington Yoga Center. There’s no better way to spend a Sunday evening than enjoying some lakeside scenery during a relaxing chaturanga. Be sure to bring all your outdoor necessities, a mat, and a camera for insta-worthy photo ops.

Pure Barre Community Class | July 29

Look no further for a quick and intense full-body workout. Socially Fit’s got you covered at their free community class at Pure Barre Preston Hollow. For 55 minutes, engage in a low-impact (yet super challenging) workout that will concentrate on the areas women struggle with most: hips, thighs, booty, abdominals, and arms. Arrive 15 minutes early and bring your water and sticky socks!

Adult Field Day – Workout & Water Balloon Fight | July 29

The Prototype is partnering up with Outdoor Voices to bring another Adult Field Day to Dallas. Head over to Outdoor Voices at 10 am for an intense workout followed by an epic water balloon fight. Workout, sweat, and reward yourself with a refreshingly fun and spontaneous morning.

iRest Yoga Idra Community Class | July 30

Athleta Turtle creek is hosting a four part series on iRest Yoga Nidra and you’re invited. iRest Yoga Nidra focuses on meditation, deep relaxation, and renewal of the mind and body. Achieve self-care and awareness free of expectation, stress, and anxiety, all while strengthening your muscles and bringing peace to your mind.
