  1. Katherine says:

New headline: “Editor Misplaces Letter” Sub-headline: “Grammar king needs to spell check ‘field,’ which was originally posted as “‘filed.'”

  2. km says:

Wonder where they filed the body?

  3. BP says:

“Wonder where they filed the body?”

    In a field, obviously.

  4. Zac Crain says:

OK, it’s fixed. Maybe have time for one more “filed” joke if you hurry.

  5. Kirk says:

Clearly, Tim (Rogers) has been defiled.

  6. dave little says:

too bad the corpse wasn’t a carryon. then, this could all have been avoided.

  7. Spamboy says:

That would explain the funny taste of my in-flight meal the other day…

  8. Katherine says:

Mmmm…. corpse. Tastes just like chicken.

  9. Billy Crystal says:

Somehow, life has chosen to imitate one of the few bright spots in my (mostly) horrible filmography. Hooray AA for making me relevant again, if only for a fleeting moment.

  10. Kevin says:

American probably just enjoyed having a customer that wasn’t complaining.

  11. towski says:

Does this mean that, if you choose to fly American, you might actually be late for your own funeral?

  12. brett says:

What the story doesn’t tell you is that the people who put the body on the plane didn’t pay the $35 “first checked corpse” fee.

So really, it’s not AA’s fault.
