An FBvian from the Metroplex Animal Coalition left a voicemail saying this month’s feature story on stray and loose dogs in Dallas (view the short commercial, sorry) was “excellent, excellent” (hey, send a letter to Eric Celeste so he’ll believe me). But more importantly, the FBvian wanted to let the Nation know that her organization provides free spay and neuter services for low-income pet-owners. The way to keep the streets safe from wild dogs and reduce the need for animal euthanasia is to control population. The way to do that is to spay or neuter your pets.
