Two Red Cross volunteers in Dallas, Brian Hines and his sister, Charmaine, stole more than 100 debit cards that should have gone to Katrina evacuees. Brian activated the cards back in September, but instead of distributing them, he kept them for himself and his sister. The Red Cross thinks it lost $230,000 in the scam.
