Alternate Headline: WHERE YOU SHOULD BE TONIGHT. When I tell you to head over to Lakewood Theater for a Peace One Day celebration, I know what you’re going to say. You’re going to say, “Get it right, Adam. Peace One Day is on September 21. That’s the day it’s celebrated every year.” To which I say, we’re both right. Yes, the global observance of the day isn’t for another week. But there’s a book signing in Dallas tonight with filmmaker and peace activist Jeremy Gilley (the guy who came up with Peace One Day in the first place) and his book’s illustrator, Dallas artist Karen Blessen. So go there, if for no reason than to be able to say, “Peace, see you later,” and mean it.
