So, this Dallas guy’s all, “I lost 200 pounds thanks to diet and exercise and televangelist Pat Robertson’s diet shake.” Pat’s all, “That’s awesome.” So the guy takes up bodybuilding and discovers Pat’s using the bodybuilder’s likeness to sell his product, Pat’s Diet Shake, at GNC. Only the (now) bodybuilder never allowed it. The bodybuilder, or at least his attorney, thinks Pat’s a greedy bastard. He’s suing Pat.
