Ann and Nate Levine just did a good thing. The Dallas couple just donated a wagonload of money to the prestigous Solomon Schechter Academy. There was only one small detail: change the name of the school. So now, when kids are hangin’ out at the mall and someone asks, “Hey, where do you go to school?” the answer will be, “Ann and Nate Levine Academy, that’s where!” The 23-year-old North Dallas school “welcomes students of varying religious backgrounds and strives to create a warm and nurturing Jewish environment emphasizing academic excellence in General and Jewish Studies.” We’ll see how the name works on a sweatshirt.
