Ready, set, reserve.

Today marks the beginning of that mad free-for-all that is booking reservations for DFW Restaurant Week. (Which lasts the entire month of August.)

Last year we broke records, raising $890,083 for local charity partners the North Texas Food Bank and Lena Pope. (Mostly by eating steak. Pappas Bros., Del Frisco’s, we see you). This year, who knows? The list of restaurants is live here.

If you need a refresher on what this whole hullabaloo is about, we’ve got one here. (CliffsNotes: prix fixe dinners for $39 or $49 and two-course lunches for $25). There’s a kick-off party on August 1.

May the madness begin. Bon appétit!
