Shopping requires sustenance. Everybody knows this. How is one expected to have enough energy to try on an Adam Lippes jumpsuit without at least one sausage patty in their belly? That Moser decanter isn’t going to carry itself home. Better fuel up with scrambled eggs and caviar. Oh, and best throw in a kimchi Bloody Mary while you’re at it. Alcohol makes you stronger. Everybody knows this, too. Okay, that’s probably not true. But hey, a little vodka is a guaranteed way to make even the most luxurious shopping experience a bit merrier.
Mirador, thankfully, understands this. The ultra-chic restaurant located on the top floor of Forty Five Ten (which also happens to be one of D Magazine‘s best new restaurants of 2017), is offering Sunday brunch through the holidays.
Menu highlights include scrambled eggs with bok choy and caviar; chicken hash with cabbage, onion, chipotle, and a poached egg; and pastries galore. The restaurant is also offering a selection of specialty cocktails.
Brunch is served every Sunday through December 24 from noon until 3:30 p.m.
Eat, drink, be merry, and finally work up enough strength to purchase that Federica Rettore horn cuff you’ve been on the fence about.
