Ragin’ Crab Café is Now Open on Lower Greenville

The casual restaurant specializes in Louisiana-style seafood.

Ragin’ Crab is a new casual restaurant on Lower Greenville that specializes in Louisiana-style seafood.

The restaurant is a sister concept to Hibashi Teppan Grill & Sushi Bar and is co-owned by restaurateurs Steven Sohn and Tiger Park. According to the release:

The Ragin’ Crab Café features a freshest-catch menu of shrimp, crawfish, whole lobster tail, Dungeness crab, Alaskan king crab, snow crab, clams, green mussels and sea scallops among the selections. Guests choose their seasoning preferences, with options from: Classic Louisiana; signature Louisiana-inspired Ragin’ Bang; Lemon Pepper; Garlic; Garlic Butter; or Cajun. Co-owner and executive chef Tiger Park shares that his secret recipes for seasonings feature premium spices such as paprika and cayenne, with a range of heat levels that appeal to all appetites…The Café has a strong menu of draft domestic and imported beers and hand-crafted New Orleans-inspired signature cocktails.

The restaurant quietly opened on January 1, but is celebrating its grand opening this Sunday, January 17.

Ragin’ Crab is located at 2100 Greenville Avenue. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. until midnight, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until midnight, and Sunday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.
