In just days Uchi Dallas opens its doors for business. The highly anticipated sushi restaurant has been conducting a series of soft opening dinners for the past week. Those of you lucky enough to have snagged a seat have already seen the space. For the rest of us, the dining room has remained a mystery — until now.
I stopped by Uchi earlier this morning with my camera in hand. The kitchen was bustling with folks (including chef de cuisine Nilton “Junior” Borges) preparing for a busy night ahead, as a man with a florescent yellow drill made last minute adjustments to the space.
From the looks of it, they’ll be ready for their grand opening on Monday, June 1. Have you made your reservations yet?
