Dallas is looking good for a couple of wins tomorrow when the powers that be at the James Beard Foundation announce the finalists for the 2015 awards. We’ve got a handful of semi-finalists in the competition. Stephan Pyles made it through to one of the contestants in the overall Outstanding Chef category and his San Salvaje made the Best New Restaurant list. Four Dallas chefs showed up in the Outstanding Chef: Southwest category: Casa Rubia’s Omar Flores, Matt McCallister of FT33, Lucia’s David Uygur, and John Tesar at Knife. Once again, James Tidwell of the Four Seasons in Las Colinas is on the Outstanding Wine, Beer, or Spirits Professional list.

The finalists will be announced through a series of tweets and Facebook posts beginning around 9:30AM (EST) tomorrow morning. If you don’t have time to follow along, I’ll have a recap as soon as all of the finalists have been determined. Here is a list of all of the semi-finalists.
