Chef Blythe Beck Remains Executive Chef for Another Term at Kitchen LTO

There's a new lunch, dinner, and brunch menu.

BLYTHE copyLast September we announced that chef Blythe Beck won the executive chef position for Kitchen LTO’s fourth round. Kitchen LTO creator, Casie Caldwell, states that due to a successful social media campaign to keep Beck at the helm of the kitchen, she will spend another four months plating upscale comfort food at the permanent pop-up restaurant.

New lunch and dinner menus will be in effect starting tomorrow with dishes like mini beer battered corn dogs with Sriracha ketchup and spicy mustard; champagne brie bisque; cayenne, garlic shrimp with jalapeño bacon cheddar grits; and chicken fried quail and waffles. Brunch is available starting this weekend, highlights include fried chicken and waffles with bourbon maple syrup and jalapeño gravy; chilaquiles; and marinated skirt steak breakfast tacos.
