In early 2014 we announced that Smoke was opening a second location in Plano. Nearly a year later restaurateurs Christopher Zielke, Christopher Jeffers, and executive chef Tim Byres are ready to open for business. The 5,800-square-foot restaurant space, located in the Preston Towne Crossing development at 2408 Preston Rd., offers an outdoor patio, insulated patio off of the main dining room, four private dining areas, and an expansive sit-down bar. Guests can expect Byres’ take on rustic, Southern-style fare with dishes like coffee crusted beef brisket and pulled whole hog with blue cheese cabbage slaw.

Smoke officially opens on the last week of the month, and will plate up dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. until 11 p.m.
