The cheesemongers at Scardello are building gorgeous cheese platters for the holiday season. Customers can choose from a vast selection of artisan cheeses, dried cherries and apricots, nuts, and miniature pickles.
I was informed that the shop just got in their last batch of Vacherin Mont d’Or (a creamy cows milk wrapped in spruce) earlier this week. “It’s a pretty amazing stinky party cheese. Some say the best cheese made. You eat it like a can of soup.” cheesemonger Lance Lynn explains. They have eight wheels unspoken for. It could make a nice addition to any holiday spread.
