Sundown at Granada Announces New Menu

Most of the dishes are changing but some of the old favorites can still be ordered.

Lower Greenville restaurant and bar, Sundown at Granada, will plate a new (but still non-GMO) dinner menu starting tomorrow.

Standouts include the tempura avocado with quinoa stuffing and roasted red pepper sauce, and the braised beef short ribs with roasted root vegetables, red beet gnocchi and pan gravy.

They’re also shaking up new cocktails like the seasonal margarita made from sage and raspberry tequila, Canton ginger liqueur, pomegranate, lime, agave, topped with Remy V.S.O.P. cognac and “The Fitzgerald” which is made with house-infused apple cinnamon bourbon, maple syrup, apple bitters and sage.

While most of the menu is changing some of the old favorites can still be ordered.

“Rest Easy! We are keeping our local favorites, The Hammered Goat and the Kale Ceasar Flatbreads, our award winning Vegan Buddha Burger, our specialty burgers, the Spicy Southwestern Quinoa Salad and many other Sundown staples.”
