Set for the first quarter of 2015, the newest location of Dee Lincoln’s is dropping “Burger” from its name. It will be located at 3280 W. Seventh St. in Museum Place. The restaurant will seat 180 and includes two patios and bar seating. Regarding the name change, Lincoln had this to say:

“As a growth model, it is in our best interest to eliminate confusing the potential guest. Dee Lincoln Steak Bar is a casual but chic steakhouse that also happens to have a nice presence of gourmet burgers on the menu. The concept was designed with a lower price point than expected from a traditional steakhouse while still delivering the same high quality that I am known for in this industry.”

Lincoln has had success in the restaurant business as co-founder of Del Frisco’s and founder of Dee Lincoln’s Tasting Room & Bubble Bar as well as Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger Bar.
