The day to day weather is still somewhat questionable, so the food trucks are still slow and some are still hibernating. The two best events in Dallas are both at Sigel’s/Greenville on Wednesday and Friday evening. This coming Friday and Saturday, you can find a pop-up event in conjunction with the Fashion Industry Gallery Finale Market at 1807 Ross Ave in Dallas. Cajun Tailgators, Easy Slider and Rockstar Bakeshop will be there Friday. Tutta’s Pizza and Bombay Chopstix will be there Saturday.
Enticed told us that they are starting to book events, so perhaps this is a more reliable indicator of Spring than Punxatawney Phil.
