INDUSTRIAL
Delta Rigging & Tools

Delta Rigging & Tools, a 36,008-square foot industrial property located in Hurst, was sold. Adam Abushagur, first vice president investments, and Cliff Zimmerman, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the buyer and seller, both private investors.

MULTIFAMILY
Jefferson Landmark

Jefferson Landmark, a 324-unit luxury award-winning community, was sold to Beachwold Residential. The property was sold by developer JPI.

Cedar Ridge Mobile Home & RV Park, a 67-site manufactured homes community, located in Dallas, was sold. Robert Denninger, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the buyer and seller, both private investors.

Texas Women’s Foundation signed a long-term renewal and expansion for its headquarters office in Campbell Centre in North Dallas. The organization has expanded to 6,050 square feet on the first floor of the class A project’s south tower at 8150 N. Central Expressway. Renovation is underway on the nonprofit’s home since 2012, where it’s been able to secure 642 square feet of contiguous space for a much-needed expansion. Move-in tentatively is set for the end of February.

OFFICE
Tanium

Tanium, a California-based technology management, and security company, has leased 12,992 square feet of office space at Spectrum Center in Addison. The office building is located at 5080 Spectrum Drive. Preston Lynn, Clay Vaughn, and Nick DeMartini with CBRE represented Tanium, and Aarica Mims and Burson Holman with Granite Properties in Dallas represented the landlord.
Walnut Hill McArthur purchased a 19,952-square-foot, one-story office building at 1320 West Walnut Hill in Irving. Angela Chen, an Associate in the Retail Division at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, and Jim Turano, Executive Vice President in the Office Division, represented the buyer. Tyler Maner and Tim Terrell with Stream Realty represented the seller, Walnut Hill Property. The buyer is an acupuncturist and plans to convert the building into a comprehensive and integrative alternative medical center.

RETAIL

Mattison Ave Salon Suites & Spa leased 6,260 square feet at Watauga Pavilion, 7600-7620 Denton Highway, in Watauga. David Levinson and Kendall Ibsen with The Retail Connection represented the landlord, RPAI Southwest Management. Ryan Griffin, of Algorithm Realty Solutions, also worked on the deal.

A 5,317-square foot net-leased AutoZone located in Cedar Hill was sold. Kyle Varni and Vincent Knipp, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the seller. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by James W. Pickett III and Vincent Knipp, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Tulsa and Dallas offices.

Bath and Body Works leased 3,500 square feet at Lake Prairie Towne Crossing, 5248 S State Hwy 360, in Grand Prairie. David Levinson and Brandon Trimble with The Retail Connection represented the landlord, Kimco Lake Prairie. David Shelton, of CBRE, also worked on the deal.
