JLL Adds Two Brokers to its Dallas Tenant Rep Team

Both are former D CEO Power Brokers from other firms.

JLL is growing its tenant rep team locally.

Bret Hefton

Bret Hefton, most recently on Avison Young’s tenant rep team, and Taylor Dickerson, formerly of Citadel Partners and Colliers, will move to JLL Dallas’ tenant rep team. Both additions will begin immediately, according to a release.

“Bret and Taylor are two of the most respected office tenant rep brokers in North Texas,” said Brooke Armstrong, JLL’s office tenant representation lead in a statement. “JLL is dedicated to ensuring our growing client base achieves their ambitions. Their collective experience and insights strengthen our team and raises the level of our services exponentially. We are thrilled to have them join our team.”

Taylor Dickerson

A former NTCAR Young Citizen Award winner and D CEO Power Broker with Avison Young, Hefton has been in commercial real estate for 15 years. He has completed $800 million in transactions in his career and is a graduate of Baylor University.

Dickerson has eight years of experience in commercial real estate with Citadel Partners and Colliers International. Dickerson is currently on NTCAR’s Young Professionals Forum Leadership board and is a member of the TouchDown Club. He is a Texas Tech alum.
