After 25-plus years, Bell Nunnally will say goodbye to its Uptown office and move to 2323 Ross Ave. in the Dallas Arts District. Bell Nunnally & Martin LLP, a full-service law firm, signed a long-term lease at KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts, citing tremendous growth.

It will occupy 42,000 square feet on the 18th and 19th penthouse floors, which will bring KPMG Plaza to 93 percent leased. It will join other major tenants including namesake tenant KPMG, Jackson Walker, UMB Bank, SpencerStuart, Teknion, Serendipity Labs, and HALL Group. Gensler’s, Paul Manno and Cherrie Wyson will lead the design of the new offices. Scott + Reid will serve as general contractors for the new office.

In the past 5 years, Bell Nunnally has added 33 attorneys, nine partners and launched several new practices areas including white collar criminal, regulatory defense, and cryptocurrency.

KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts includes 12-foot ceilings and three on-site restaurants including Stephan Pyles Flora Street Café. New York-Based Serendipity Labs opened  29,000 square feet of co-working space in December.

A second phase of HALL Arts, which includes HALL Arts Residences and an adjacent eight-story boutique HALL Arts Hotel, is under construction. The $250 million project will be completed in fall 2019.
