CR Midway Investments LP has purchased 1.089 acres of land at the southeast corner of Highway 380 and Graves in McKinney, where it will build a small strip center with Schlotzsky’s and two or three additional retail tenants. Jim Jamerson with John T. Evans Company represented the buyer in the transaction. Kevie Beard and Theo Thompson of Venture Commercial represented the seller, Winco Foods LLC.
